I am a title winning international athlete competing in Natural Strongman. I am also a womens strength coach and Menopause specialist based in Sheffield, UK. As a competitive Strongwoman and coach, I wish to create authentic content centred around strength, training, fitness and the realities of balancing athletic performance with everyday life. I feel I have a credibility and a distinctive perspective to collaborate with strength training, gym and sportswear, fitness equipment, nutrition and recovery brands.
